Christmas and SERIES updates! :)

Hey, you guys! I want to say thanks for all the subscribers I've gotten within the last couple of weeks. Just a week ago, I had more than 20 fewer subs than I do now. Thank you, ColorfulAGz, for truly changing this. With the help of the video you posted last Friday about me, I've been able to earn 28 subscribers in only a short amount of time!

Okay, so Christmas is coming very soon! In fact, it's only a short week away! I'm quite excited for Christmas (and for the break that comes with it). No, I don't think I'll be getting very many AG-related things——my parents don't typically buy me stuff from AG because it's much too expensive, and I have several siblings who also need Christmas gifts. So don't expect me to get a whole bunch of American Girl doll items for Christmas.

Christmas means more videos. Before Christmas day, I'll have several days to make videos——several free days, when all I really HAVE to do is enjoy myself, maybe make some Christmas cookies, and (if I'm not done with it yet), buy some last-minute gifts for my family members. Between the day when school dismisses and Christmas day, I'll probably make a stop motion and get started on the series I'll be making (it will probably air from late January to March or April, but I'm not sure yet XD).

HOWEVER, I WILL be going on vacation after Christmas day until the weekend before school starts, which means that I probably won't be able to make as many vids as I'd like to :(
Oh well.... At least I'm going somewhere pretty. I'm definitely bringing a doll with me (probably Ruby), so I'll make a photo shoot with her.

So yeah. Those are basically all of my Christmas-related updates.

 

*** NOW FOR SOME MORE INFO ABOUT THE SERIES I'M MAKING!!! *** 

(SPOILER ALERT, in case you want it all to be a surprise!)

The title of the series is "Forever Gold." It is a very dramatic and sad series and it has got a lot to do with emotions and mental strength. The main character is named Macey O'Sullivan. She is played by Ruby Matthews, my JLY 23. She is a young teenage girl. Her older sister, who plays a somewhat big part in the series, is named Lana O'Sullivan. Lana is played by Emily Bennett (a historical doll). She is four years older than Macey. Another VERY important character is Charlotte Walker. Charlotte is played by Laura Bridges, my JLY 25. Charlotte is one year older than Macey and is Macey's friend.

Macey and Lana have experienced some losses in their family, and are typically very sad and feel quite hopeless.

I will provide more sneak peaks and information about "Forever Gold" as time goes by! I hope you guys are interested in it. This series means a lot to me, and I've been inventing and creating the story for months now (since SEPTEMBER!!! OMG, I came up with it at the BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER!).

Updates and Series Plans

Hi, you guys. I've got a lot to say in this blog post, some good news and some bad. But before I start, I'd like to say thank you so much for seven subscribers! Like I said last time I posted on here, it really does mean a lot to me to know that other people are watching and enjoying my videos ;)

Now, I think I'm going to stop posting on the doll blog I created a while back. I realized that I don't exactly have enough time to constantly be posting about Ruby's life and all that. I'm very busy, so I'm going to take a break from the doll blog for a while. I don't know how long it'll be or if I'll post on it anytime in the future at all, but I just don't have the time for it right now and I wasn't having too much fun with it anyway.

A Thanksgiving Disaster. Speaking of disasters (and disappointments——please don't freak out or get mad at me), I really don't think I'll be finishing "A Thanksgiving Disaster." I know I sound like this whiny kid saying that she won't be doing this and this and this.... but it's been a couple weeks since Thanksgiving and I'm just plain bored with the idea of finishing a Thanksgiving video. I've had so many obstacles in the way since I made that video (I was sick, then it was raining for like a week or two and I could film outside, then I had a ton of homework and projects for school, etc, etc), that I just don't feel like finishing it anymore. It's not that I don't have any spirit, I just have Christmas spirit inside of me, not Thanksgiving spirit, if you know what I mean. I hope this doesn't come as too much of a disappointment for some of you, and I'm really sorry about it. I'm just not in the mood to finish a video about a holiday that's long been over.

After all that bad news, I'd like to move on to some good stuff.

I've got quite a few videos planned for Christmas break. I'm almost finished editing an AGPS (American Girl photo shoot). I won't give it all away, but I had to dress four of my dolls up in colonial-style outfits. I will most likely be uploading the photo shoot next weekend. But please don't get your hopes up, because this isn't actually guaranteed to happen.

I have also been planning to make a series since September. I've been thinking it over and over, and I think I'm finally ready to create it. It centers this girl named Macey, her sister Lana, and her friend Charlotte. It has a lot to do with horses, bullying, and standing up for what you believe in. I'll give you guys more hints about the series as time passes by, and I'm positive that I'll get started on it over winter break, which is coming up fast!

So there you have it——all my updates.

Hi. Sorry, I haven't uploaded Part 2 of "A Thanksgiving Disaster."    ):   I've been kind of busy with school, plus I was sick over the weekend and couldn't go outside. (I need to film a bit of part 2 outside on my porch, but because of my being sick, I couldn't get that part done.) ANYWAY, I made a stopmotion with my sister inside a couple nights ago. Once I'm done editing that (who knows when that will be haha), I'll upload it. And don't worry, Part 2 of "A Thanksgiving Disaster" will also be up as soon as I can get it there. Sorry for my lateness. One, I take a long time to make and edit videos. And two, I'm very busy, so sometimes, even making videos is out of the question.

First video up!!!

Hey, it's me, AGSparkFire. I am so proud of myself! I finally uploaded my first video to my YouTube channel, agsparkfire. No, it is not the Last Days of Autumn video I was making earlier. It's actually a Thanksgiving stopmotion. I have not yet finished the entire video, so I posted the first part. Part 2 will probably be posted sometime this weekend or next weekend. Other Blog :) ..... (Oh, and some praise for Anna Basilmentos)

Hey guys. So I decided to create a blog for my dolls. It'll mostly be Ruby blogging (she's JLY 23). Supposedly, it contains her "diary entries" so its like a little diary for her. I also added in a page called Laura's Blog, although I do not think I'll be posting much on there. At least for now, that is.

Anyways, Ruby's Diary basically contains any diary entries that Ruby supposedly writes. I thought that Basilmentos' blog for her dolls was awesome, so I decided to create one with the same basic idea, although it really isn't too similar.

The url is quite similar to Basilmentos' one. No, I do not have my heart set on copying Anna's every move. I just think that her ideas are AMAZING and totally worth using. She is most definitely my #1 role model. Anna, I love you. (Ok, that may have sounded a little...you know...well... But I didn't mean "love" in that way.) I just think you're incredibly talented at EVERYTHING you do. Stopmotions, singing, drawing, sewing—you name it. You are my role model. I know you probably will never see this, but I will still keep writing because I know it's true. I strive to be like you. I see a video you've made, and I'm suddenly all like, "Omg! That is the sweetest/more amazing/most beautiful/coolest/etc thing I've ever seen! I want to be able to do something like that. I want to be able to be like Anna."

So yeah... my two main role models are Anna Basilmentos and Ali Girloftheyearstudios. You guys rock!

Hi everyone. It's me, AGSparkFire. I know I've been posting on here a lot in the last week.... And yet I still have not uploaded a single video. Don't worry though; I'm seriously working on one. It's a stop motion called "The Last Days of Autumn" and it kind of gives you guys a chance to get to know my five dolls and their personalities. I've been working on it since Thursday (yeah, I do take a while to make a video. I'm not a quick video maker). As of now, I actually have no idea when I'll upload it. Sorry.... It'll probably be sometime within the next few weeks. I don't know why I thought I'd be done with it by Friday. I'm very busy with school and all that, so don't expect it to be done before thanksgiving ;)

Okay, so I know that it might be impossible for people to find my channel right now, as it has absolutely ZERO videos on it (haha). Anyway, here's the link for anyone who hopes to find it:

I plan on posting my first video on Friday, if I can. It will most likely be a stopmotion, but I'm not sure what it'll be about (I still have to make it :D). OH—and also, I will probably be posting a lot of videos I've made with my younger sister. We like to make videos together, and somehow, when you make them with another person, they usually end up turning out A LOT better. At least that's how it's been for me. I might be adding an "All My Dolls" page to this blog as well, whenever I find the time. Right now, I'm just so busy with school and everything that it's hard to get things. I know I'm still a very, very new AG Tuber and all, but I still feel that I should be posting SOMETHING. I mean, there's absolutely NOTHING on my channel right now, besides the description of me and all that.

Hi!

I feel so new. Okay, well, first off, I'd like to say hi. I'm AGSparkFire.

As a brand-new AG Tuber, I don't know very much about the AG Tube world, although I've been watching videos on it for months now and have been obsessed with American Girl dolls for several years. If anyone has any advice about AG Tube (that is, if anyone ever ends up reading this), that would be great! Anything's helpful right now.

Hopefully, I'll start posting videos soon, although I'm not sure how soon exactly, seeing that I just opened up my account today. I love making stop motions, although I'm not very good at it. I also have a series planned, but we'll see how that goes.

Well, as a first blog post, this went pretty well. Bye. :-)
